I have no idea why Magic Online still uses ELO ratings when paper doesn't. I strongly suspect the new rating system is going to take effect there soon.

However, I still have a happy, considering that my rating is now 1713.

I'm going to a camp that teaches people with disabilities how to ride bikes. I never learned as a kid. Until yesterday, I'd never so much as been on a bike, ever, in my 32 years of life.

Apparently I am less elastic than a ten year old. I think I have bruises on my bruises!

I went to one of my local Scars of Mirrodin prereleases.

It was small, BUT I WON IT.

Boom boom, motherfuckers.

Finally went to see this film!

I quite liked it. I thought the new spins on the young characters made things fresh and new, but still stayed faithful enough to the basic characters that I didn't feel weird about their differences. Those of you who know I redesigned the Interact section of The Hellbound Web might like to know that I coded part of the recent update.

Some very cool fan-created Cenobite costumes, here and (quite a few) here.

You all have likely noticed I've been a bit scarce on LJ of late. Some of this is because I've been hanging out over at the Hellbound Web's forums...

...and some of it's because I was redesigning half (okay, less) of the Hellbound Web itself.
